Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our fleet management systems

• Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation

• Write clear, concise, and easy-to-understand user manuals, installation guides, and other technical documents

• Develop and maintain templates and style guides for technical documentation

• Ensure all documentation meets company and industry standards for accuracy, clarity, and style

• Manage document versions and revisions

• Review and edit documentation created by other team members

• Conduct research and gather information to support the development of technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer or in a related field

• Strong technical knowledge of fleet management systems and related hardware

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documents

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and MadCap Flare

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with project management tools
